At North Drive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your long-term cloud storage. Because we believe in the quality of our infrastructure, we offer a transparent refund process.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Refund Policy (30-Day Money-Back Guarantee)
As specified in our User Agreement, all new "One-Time Payment" plans (e.g., our 1 TB / 10-year plan) are eligible for a full refund within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase date.
No Questions Asked: If the service does not meet your expectations within the first 30 days, you are entitled to a 100% refund.
Trial Period: We consider these first 30 days as your evaluation period to ensure our web platform, mobile apps, and transfer speeds meet your needs.
Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
Your request must be submitted via our support channels within 30 days of the transaction timestamp.
The account must not have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., storing illegal content or copyright infringement).
The refund applies only to the initial purchase of a storage plan. Add-ons or enterprise-level custom integrations may have different terms specified at the time of contract.
EU Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)
In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, EU residents have a statutory right to withdraw from digital service contracts within 14 days.
Our 30-day guarantee exceeds this requirement, giving you an additional 16 days beyond the legal minimum to test the service.
By starting the upload of data to North Drive before the end of the 14-day period, you acknowledge that you are requesting the immediate performance of the contract, but your 30-day money-back guarantee remains fully intact.
How to Request a Refund

Information Required: Please include your order number or the transaction ID from your payment receipt.
Processing and Timeline
Method: Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) used during the purchase.
Timing: Once approved, we process refunds immediately. However, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Data Deletion: Upon the issuance of a refund, your access to the North Drive platform will be revoked, and all data stored in the account will be permanently deleted from our servers. Please ensure you have backed up your data elsewhere before requesting a refund.
After the 30-Day Window
Because our model is based on a one-time payment for 10 years of guaranteed access, we do not offer pro-rated refunds after the initial 30-day period has expired. This allows us to sustainably manage the "Storage Fund" that ensures your data remains online for the full 10-year duration.
